Business Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. (closed weekends and holidays)

Phone Calls are normally returned before the close of the next business day.  Every attempt will be made to return your calls in a timely fashion. "The Housecall Veterinarian" is devoted to giving the client and the pet her full attention during housecall visits; therefore, phonecalls are not taken while she is in a home with a patient.  Calls are taken and returned between appointments as time permits.      

Veterinary Emergencies: If your pet is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please do not wait for an appointment with "The Housecall Veterinarian". Your pet should be taken to the closest veterinary hospital immediately. If it is after regular veterinary business hours, please take your pet to an area emergency veterinary hospital immediately.
